Viktor Szép
Viktor Szép is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Groningen (RUG) Faculty of Law. Viktor has a mixed background: he has a PhD in Law (University of Debrecen), MA in International Relations (Eötvös Loránd University) and BA in Social Studies (Eötvös Loránd University). He is mainly interested in EU foreign policy, sanctions and methods of sanctions evasion. Previously, he held positions at the Institute for Legal Studies, Hungarian Academy of Sciences Centre of Excellence and at the Department of International Relations and European Studies, Eötvös Loránd University.
